Position Summary:

The primary responsibilities of the Sales Associate is to help promote all aspects of the business: Promote the highest level of customer service and to help with selling, buying, pricing and merchandising all items in the store.

At Clothes Mentor we encourage growth within the company. We have several positions to advance into.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers immediately, determiner their needs, and handle all transactions in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

- Become familiar with products brands and prices of all merchandise in the store.

- Buying, Selling and Pricing all merchandise

- Ticketing and restocking merchandise

- Maintain store displays, housekeeping and maintenance up to the store’s standards and procedures.

- Processing and transactions such as sales, buys, and returns through our POS system.

- Achieve store goals by applying the best customer service and sales protocol.

- Monitor and assist in the completion of daily store opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

- Prior retail sales experience

- Prior customer service experience

- Ability to work well as a team member and to take and follow directions.

- Organized and goal orientated.

- Must be computer literate

- MUST be available on the weekends

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of times, up to 6 hours a day

- Lifting up to 20lbs

- Bending, reaching and lifting merchandise.
