Skills:
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills including slack, skype, and various IM chat programs.
- Proficiency in order entry and data management
- Familiarity with Google Suite, including Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with the ability to transcribe and file documents accurately
This position requires attention to detail, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, purchase order entry, and utilizing Google Suite tools. Previous experience in a creative and assistant role is also beneficial.
