Spicewalla Production Team Member

Carolina del Norte, Asheville
Aplica ya

Spicewalla is a chef-driven spice company located right here in Asheville, NC. We offer fresh, small batch spices that are all packed and processed by hand. Spicewalla is a part of the Chai Pani Restaurant Group family - widely called the best employer in town - and we're looking for Production Workers to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is persistently positive, has some experience, and understands the value of a supportive work environment and an employer who appreciates you. Not only do we appreciate you, we express it through the benefits we offer.

Full time team members are eligible for health benefits - medical, dental and vision.

We define full time as 30+ hours per week

A few weeks of lower hours will not impact your eligibility!

We offer a fun and flexible work environment.

Need specific days off? Have an upcoming tour with the band? We work with you to develop schedules that actually allow you to live your life and do the things you are passionate about outside of work.

Paid sick days.

It is insanity that as a reliable team member, if you get sick you have to decide between staying home and getting healthy OR being able to pay rent.

To try to alleviate this stress, we pay for 3 days per year and sick pay for all hourly team members.

If this sounds like a place you'd like to work, we'd love to hear from you.
