Fast growing, local family owned wholesale bakery in Asheville, NC seeking an experienced MIXER. Full time (32-40+ hours/week, M-T-4 day work week)
Qualifications: Must have minimally 1-3 years experience of MIXING in a commercial bakery. Comprehends dough and bread fermentation process; can make necessary adjustments and calls. Experience with Artisan breads and running a hearth oven-a BONUS!
