The Super Signguy is a locally owned sign company in Asheville, NC, known for top-quality signage, printing, and marketing. We’re looking for an experienced Sign Production Operator & Installer to join our creative, fast-paced team.
If you’ve worked in a sign shop and enjoy hands-on projects—from vinyl wraps to large signs—we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
Design, build, and install custom signs
Prep materials: cut, paint, laminate, clean
Cut and apply vinyl graphics for signs, banners & vehicles
Assemble and finish signage with great attention to detail
Install signs on-site at client locations
Maintain tools & equipment
Keep projects on time and top quality
What We’re Looking For:
1 to 2+ years in a sign shop
2+ years vehicle wrap installation experience
Able to lift 50+ lbs, use ladders & power tools
Clean driver’s license & reliable transportation
Great attitude, solid work ethic, team player
Eye for detail and craftsmanship
Motivated and able to solve problems on the fly
