Resident Services Position

The residential services position is good for a semi-retired or part-time worker. A 192-unit condominium association is looking to hire a skilled handyman with a wide range of experience. Must be a self-starter with good time management understanding. Candidate will need to have basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical expertise. They will also need to be able to assess issues and inform their supervisor when repairs are outside their duties or skillset. Qualifications include but are not limited to the ability to use power and hand tools, be able to perform carpentry, painting, and small-scale repairs. This is an opportunity for someone who can follow directions, has strong communication skills, and is respectful of owners and management. Minimum experience in these areas of 3-5 years is required, along with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Tools for all work are supplied on-site. Per-hour wage based on experience. Paid holidays, retirement plan after one year, two bonuses per year, PTO accrual, with the possibility of a full-time position in the future.
