(Mobile not a shop) You will be working with one other team member. We are needing someone part-time with some experience to wash and detail cars in the Asheville area.
Pay will be $85-150 per day plus 1 monthly BONUS if eligible for good attention to detail/workmanship (up to $250-500).
Meals, drinks as well as gas if you are able to drive to each job site (10-25 miles)- are always covered through us.
You must be willing to learn & understand this is not “regular car washing” we get paid to & enjoy doing a high quality job. We are typically servicing each vehicle for 2-3+ hours.
Necessary qualities include; Being able to follow direction well and learn & make adjustments quickly, patience, being able to work independently and in a group.
Sometimes jobs run into the evening, so must be willing to work late on occasion; no exceptions.
Keep in mind we detail boats/rvs/semi trucks occasionally as well. Reputation is HIGHLY important to us so we respect candidates who are on time and can keep up with the workflow & consistency. We are able to train you at 20-$30 each car if needed. OCD is NOT required lol.
