We provide everything you need to clean: High-end HEPA vacuums to rid allergens in the environment and professional supplies and tools (brushes, rags, etc). It is important to us that we only use safe products, for the health of our employees, clients and their pets and kids. We use non-toxic products, including a hospital grade disinfectant cleanser made from the thyme plant. Never worry about supplies because we’ve got you covered!
Work orders and client information are readily available in the app we use for jobs, so you know exactly where you need to be and what needs to get done.
We clean homes, vacation rentals, and some businesses.
Our Operations Manager is always available over the phone if you have questions about a job you are at.
Employees are filed as W2 (not independent contractors) at a starting pay of $25/hour. Some clients tip, so there are extra opportunities to make an income here. Something unique about us is we pay you for all time you spend preparing and driving to a cleaning. Each shift begins from the moment you step foot in our shop from the moment you leave there at the end of the day.

Requirements for the position:
Cleaning experience required.
Professionalism. Oftentimes, we are inside some very nice homes that require a respectful demeanor and mannerisms.
Efficient, detail oriented work is required.
This is not an easy job on the body. It will take a few weeks to get physically adapted to the job.
A positive attitude. Sometimes cleaning is not pleasant, so finding the good in each situation is necessary.
Team-work mindset. Working together to get a job done in the best possible way.
Punctuality.
A good track record with previous employers (two references required).
Attention to detail.
You have a smartphone and reliable transportation.
Fluent in the English language.
