We are seeking hard working, detail oriented, kind, and passionate people to join our farm crew from April-December. Farm crew members participate in all aspects of the farm, with responsibilities such as transplanting, weeding, irrigation, trellising, harvesting field crops and indoor microgreens, washing and packing produce, and other farm tasks. There is also a possibility to work at our Saturday morning Tailgate Market.
We are an organically minded family farm located near Old Fort, that grows field crops and indoor microgreens for area Tailgate Markets and wholesale customers. Crew members must be able to lift 50 lbs comfortably, maintain a steady working pace, be able to work well with others, as well as independently. Previous experience is helpful, but not necessary. Schedule is 20-30 hours/week. Please reply with a short description of experience, some information about yourself, and relevant references. Wage Rate DOE, with regular review periods.
