plant restaurant is hiring part-time or full-time kitchen staff. Duties involve daily dinner preparation and service in a small kitchen that functions cooperatively.
Shifts begin between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. and end between 8:00 and 11:00 p.m., depending on the day, Wednesday through Sunday. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
Pay is hourly, plus service charge, plus takeout tips, and averages between $23 and $26 per hour, plus quarterly profit-sharing bonuses.
We pay a sick day per quarter, and we offer free staff meal and drink.
