Mission Pizza Romana is seeking part-time and potentially full-time line cooks and dough makers/bakers.
We are looking for:
experience in a fast paced kitchen
a passion for making the best Roman pizza imaginable
a willingness to perform any role - no labels, no fixed roles; if you're in the kitchen you're expected to be able to perform any task big or small!
dough making and baking experience for that role is truly a plus but we can train the right dedicated person
