Golden Pineapple Hiring Line Cook $25+hr

The Golden Pineapple, a neighborhood cocktail bar and restaurant, is looking to add to our BOH cook staff. We are a lively cocktail bar in West Asheville offering an extensive cocktail program and a full food menu. We are open 5 days a week and closed every Tuesday & Wednesday. Duties of BOH cook include prep, cooking on the line, help with running food, able to understand written recipes, dish, daily organizing, communication. All our staff start at the same hourly and an equal share of a tip pool. As a cook at Golden Pineapple you will make bartender moneythere is no difference between the front and back of house when it comes to how hard you have to work while getting paid fairly for it. You will have a set schedule with two days off in a row. Shift meal and drink every shift you work. Nights and weekends are required and never scheduled over 40 hours & Living Wage Certified.
