Table is looking for an experienced General Manager.
Work Environment:
Established, James Beard nominated restaurant celebrating its 20th year in business. Refined, but fast-paced dinner service with a focus on local sourcing and hospitality. Priorities include a high level of professionalism, accountability, and collaborative teamwork. Visible leadership required during peak services, engaging directly with guests and staff. Average 50-55 hrs/wk.
Duties and Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years restaurant experience, GM experience required
Knowledge and passion for food, wine, and spirits
Experience in high volume fine dining environments preferred
Flexible, open availability, including nights and weekends
ServSafe certified
Alcohol service trained
Inspiring leadership presence and team management ability
Superb customer service instincts and hospitality mindset
High-level financial literacy (labor, COGs, inventory, reporting)
Attention to detail in service, training, and cleanliness
Calm under pressure
Emotionally intelligent
Collaborative, clear communicator
Solution oriented
Experience managing scheduling and reservation applications
Salaried position - minimum $65k but negotiable based on experience.
