Dobra Tea West Asheville has two part-time positions available for our kitchen. Hours are 9am-4pm, one position will be three days a week, the other will be two days a week. Available days are Wed-Sun. Pay starts at $18/hour with a percentage of the tip pool, typically adding an additional $5-$8/hour depending on level of business.
We are a vegetarian and gluten-free kitchen and pride ourselves on creating healthy, fresh, beautiful meals with whole-food ingredients.
Prior kitchen experience is required. The position requires the ability to work alone, have an attention to detail, be able to work well under stress while maintaining a clean workspace and multi-tasking to ensure efficiency of selling checks.
