Gan Shan West is seeking cooks to join our crew! Located on Beacham's curve, we are an Asian cuisine inspired restaurant. Our food is creative, delicious, and always focused on consistency. This is a busy high volume restaurant.
We are looking for cooks to join our team; people who wants to work hard, learn, and feel a sense of accomplishment after service. ATTITUDE is everything. We can teach you all the necessary skills to be successful, but the attitude must come from you. Full and part time available.

BOH RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work quickly, cleanly, and consistently.
- Maintain positive attitude to get along with the rest of the staff. We are a small restaurant and it is imperative that everyone get along.
- Set up and prep cooking station.
- Line cooking during service.
