Cook/Chef

Restoring the Pine Crest Inn in Tryon - I need to hire a cook/chef that will take over the kitchen. All new appliances (except the 10 burner)You will have say so in how the kitchen is arranged, the equipment and what else you may need. I am writing in the Asheville area due the many good cooks/chefs even after Helene issue. There is the possibility of an apartment on site (just needs to be cleaned out). Let me know what you think. Lets have some fun. We will be doing some catering and some pastry.
