Cecilia’s Kitchen is looking for a Food Truck Operator

Cecilia’s Kitchen in North Asheville is a small locally-owned French/Argentinian restaurant looking for a full-time food truck operator for a well-established schedule of gigs. The job is 30-45 hours/week depending on the week and consists mostly of breweries, festivals, catering, and weddings. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and have excellent people skills. Ability to inventory/pack, drive a truck, cook, and handle customer interactions in a high-volume, high-paced environment is key. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is a big plus. Compensation is hourly plus tips and is competitive with most local bartending jobs. Open weekend availability (Thurs-Sun) is a must. Please attach a resume to the e-mail.
