BOH- Full Time Line Cook: $15/hr @ Calypso Asheville (Sous Chef)

In this role, you will:
Prepare traditional Carribean creations from scratch
Complete prep/stock list
Efficiently run your station during the shift
Maintain quality control from prep to plate
Uphold sanitization standards
Make sure your work station stays clean and organized
Follow all food handling standards
Line Cook Skills Needed:
Prefered Culinary Education or 3+ year cooking or kitchen experience
Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently
High level of focus and attention to detail
Comfortable working with a team managing a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Excellent ability to follow directions, and to stay organized
