The children’s ages range from 15 months to six years old. Work hours are a negotiable block of hours on Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
Our teachers are caring and compassionate and help each child realize their unique potential. In accordance with the Montessori philosophy we foster a peaceful environment, creative conflict resolution and independence.
There are a variety of assignments and may include but are not limited to helping children at lunchtime; changing diapers/potty routine; naptime supervision; after nap playtime activities including snack and outside time; and end of day interactions with parents.
Experience caring for preschoolers is required. Preferred applicants have a High School diploma or equivalent; have taken EDU 119; have a Montessori background; have a criminal background check qualifying letter; and have a current TB test.
