As a rapidly growing global brand, Rituals continuously faces new and exciting challenges. In the role of Technology Buyer, you are responsible for managing your own, smaller categories within the Technology domain, with a primary focus on IT and Digital. You collaborate closely with the Category Buyer on strategic projects and analyses, while reporting directly to the Head of Procurement. You start with a broad scope. We offer the chance to explore various areas within the field and gradually grow into a specialization that matches your interests and strengths. This makes the position particularly well-suited for someone eager to learn and ready to take ownership from the start. You are part of the Indirect Procurement Department, a relatively young function established just five years ago. That means there’s still plenty of room to shape processes, bring in new ideas, and make a visible impact. You work with a wide range of stakeholders, including Digital and Business Technology teams at the Central Head Office in Amsterdam and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Risk & Compliance. What makes this role truly exciting is the broader context in which Rituals operates. Our continued international expansion, the drive towards automation, and our ambition to integrate AI into our ways of working present both challenges and opportunities. It’s a dynamic environment where curiosity, initiative and a hands-on mindset are highly valued, and where you can directly contribute to building the future of procurement at Rituals.Your key results areas are:Identifying savings opportunities and optimalisations in collaboration with the business;Advice and support the business in sourcing suppliers, setting up tenders, negotiations, contracting and defining KPI’s;Monitor and manage supplier performance;Looking for continuous improvement and efficiencies in current ways of working and the responsibility to apply them in practice.
