Senior People Partner (m/f/d)

As a Senior People Partner (m/f/d), you will be the strategic advisor to the Operations team, consisting of 54 hubs and 6 City Managers. You will work closely with our City Managers  to build an engaged and high-performing team whilst driving business results through people solutions. In this role, you advise City Managers regarding their organization and our People policy and build solid people plans to create the best team in each hub; addressing, engagement, talent development & performance management as well as addressing individual people matters. You will create powerful insights by combining people analytics from being close to the people in the hubs. With your colleagues from the People Team, you address these challenges and build scalable solutions to build a stronger operational organization, people processes, and policies.Responsibilities include:Give strategic advice and direction to  operational management on people-related topics;Develop and execute solid people plans for our hubs to optimize performance and enhance engagement;Roll out policies and trainings within the hubs  related to the Employee cycle;Design and implement company policies and processes that enhance the employee experience;Ensure compliance with Dutch labour laws and legislations; Respond to internal and external People Operations inquiries;
