Job Description

Owning and Optimizing the end to end Order-to-Cash and Revenue process in order to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction and working capital performance.Thisposition manages and develops OTC and revenue policies and procedures and provides recommendations for improvementin both processes and cash receipts.

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of the OTC cycle (E2E: contract entry, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, credit & collections)
  • Owns the revenue reconciliation process(preferably in a Saas industry)
  • Performs Month End Closing activities (OTC and revenue reconciliation related)
  • Manage, review and address credit, collections, disputes, reserves, bad debt, and write-offs.
  • Create, implement, and refine credit policies and procedures.
  • Ensuresaccuratedocumentation is available to meet internal and external audit requirements of the OTC process.
  • Recruit, train, develop and lead a high performing team.
  • Owns the Reporting on OTC (one single source of truth!) including, but not limited to, DSO, days to bill, billing accuracy rate, and account aging.
  • Lead and contribute on multiple process improvement projects, including with multiple departments throughout the Company.
  • Optimize overall quality (and costs) of OTC processes.
  • Supports in translating OTC process needs into IT requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5 years of work experience in a related occupation.
  • Experiencein managing a team.
  • 2 years of experience planning, developing, and managing an OTC process.
