Rituals is a company that values the well-being of both its people and the planet, and we’re committed to making a positive impact on the worldAs Product Owner - Rituals.com, you will be responsible for managing the development of our high-impact e-commerce platform, ensuring that all new features, updates, and functionalities align with our business goals and high-quality standards.In this role, you will:Manage the Product Backlog: Prioritize and manage the backlog, ensuring the most valuable features are delivered first. Kickstart roadmap projects and involve the right parties at the right time.Set the Pace and Planning: Establish the project milestones, set the pace, and ensure deadlines are met.Cross-Team Collaboration: Align the roadmap with other Product Owners, discussing dependencies and ensuring smooth cooperation across digital teams.Maximize Value in Development Sprints: Work closely with UX teams, Business Analysts, and external development teams to maximize value during the sprints.Ensure Business Value Understanding: Ensure you understand the business value behind every project, keeping stakeholders updated on timelines, scope, and release planning.Maintain Organized Development: Take pride in ensuring the development train runs smoothly, including release planning, end-to-end testing, and upholding the quality of every project
