We are searching a commercial Key Accountmanager who can help us build Rituals newest line of business: the Mind Oasis. The Mind Oasis can be found in a selection of our stores, currently in Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Frankfurt and Antwerp. Are you ready to join the future of wellbeing?As a Key Accountmanager for the Mind Oasis, you will drive the growth and success of our Mind Oasis B2B concept, by acquiring new partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing Rituals partners and implementing strategies to meet the sales target.  Your main responsibilities are:Sales strategy: develop and implement sales strategies, including market analysis, promotional campaigns for acquisition and to achieve targetClient acquisition: identify and engage potential B2B partners, including hotels, resorts, airports, gyms, offices and other relevant businessesBuild and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with our conceptNegotiation: prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate terms and close the dealStay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide insightsCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. our Travel team) as well as external partners
