This Business Control role covers Benelux, the UK & Ireland, and the Nordics.As Head of Business Control, you’ll be a key business partner for Benelux and lead two Business Controllers who are in the Management Team of the Nordics and the UK & Ireland. Your team will deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making and sustainable growth. You’ll master the Plan & Control cycle across all Lines of Business, advising stakeholders with confidence. Your ultimate goal is to support a sustainable growth of Rituals in these markets. Benelux is our test-and-learn region, where you’ll develop business cases and evaluate new initiatives. You’ll also support the UK & Ireland’s fast-growing online market and the Nordics, spanning from Sweden’s mature market to Finland’s emerging retail presence.Reporting to the Executive Director of Control & Analytics, you’ll collaborate with local market teams to achieve Sales and EBITDA targets. You are part of the central Control & Analytics team, stationed in Amsterdam. From our central head office, you will maintain a close relation with the local head offices. Join us and take Business Control in Northern Europe to the next level!Your key responsibilities:Act as a strategic business partner for Benelux within the local management team.Lead and mentor two talented business controllers in Nordics and the UK & Ireland.Execute the full Plan & Control cycle, from planning to insightful reporting.Master consumer sales drivers, from online and in-store sales to promotions, events, and expansion performance.Oversee P&L insights, linking sales to profitability across Retail, Digital, and Wholesale.Empower your team to analyze sales and cost performance, translating insights into strategy.Continuously improve reporting, analytics, and processes.
