Job DescriptionExciting opportunity available : Join our Pharmacy team at MSK Westchester ! We are seeking a Clinical Coordinator, Pharmacy at our freestanding outpatient facility located in West Harrison , N Y. Role Overview:
Review and process take home prescriptions in EnterpriseRx (soon Epic) system as per MSKCC policy and state regulations.
Review and process investigational orders in accordance with corresponding protocol and institutional policies.
Perform non-sterile hazardous and non-hazardous compounding as per guidelines and procedures.
Provide patient counseling and medication management.
Coordinate services with all MSK departments of patient care (including nursing, medical teams, Investigational Drug Service, and patient financial service).
Coordinate services with main campus, offsite pharmacies and other regional sites.
Perform, maintain and reconcile accurate perpetual inventory, including commercial, investigational agents and narcotics.
Assist with research study monitor visits.
Assist with pharmacy inspections and audits.
Assist with copay collection using Emporos (POS) system.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
NY State Pharmacy license
Retail experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills is a must.

Highly motivated to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a large team in a busy and stressful setting.
A fast learner and be able to evaluate new information with speed and accuracy.
Detail oriented and willing to adapt to changes in workflow to improve patient care.

Location: MSK Westchester
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday. Subject to change based on the need of the department; Flexibility is required.

Pay Range: $131,800 - $217,500/annually
