Tri City Rentals Property Management is currently accepting applications for Full – Time Maintenance Technician with Benefits for one of our Ten beautiful Rochester locations.
Training is available however we are actively seeking experienced craftsmen and women.
Customer Service and Professionalism: Provide outstanding customer service and going above and beyond our residents expectations is what we strive for.
Participate in snow removal and salting of properties on an as needed basis.
Working knowledge of Plumbing, Painting, Electrical, Carpentry and Appliances Helpful but will Train.
Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule and extended hours as required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid Driver's License MUST HAVE 4 POINTS OR LESS and reliable vehicle
