Category Marketing Description Consumer Acquisition Marketing CoordinatorWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consumer Acquisition Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Consumer Acquisition Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by developing and executing marketing strategies to acquire new customers. Primary responsibilities include implementing integrated and targeted campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.The Consumer Acquisition Marketing Coordinator is responsible for outreach and updates to further advance the mission, goals, and order penetration of Greenlight Networks. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to drive residential customer acquisition across all Greenlight Networks markets through integrated marketing campaigns utilizing emails, direct mail, SMS texting, etc.Principal ResponsibilitiesReporting to Sr. Marketing Manager, the position will:

Implement comprehensive acquisition strategies aimed at attracting new customers and driving growth.

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, direct mail, texting, to reach target audiences effectively.

Develop engaging and persuasive content tailored to specific market segments

Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Continuously test and iterate strategies to improve acquisition efforts.

Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement, and present findings to stakeholders.

Maintain the prospect and customer database management and maintenance in the CRM system (HubSpot).

Develop and implement content calendar, key messaging documentation and implementation of consumer facing marketing initiatives to increase order penetration using independent judgement.

Lead activity that converts sign-ups (those expressing interest) to orders for Greenlight Networks services.

Focus specifically on driving local awareness for Greenlight Networks in your respective market. This includes but is not limited to door hanging, events, email, SMS. texting, direct mail, webinars.

Support with maintaining and updating Greenlight district statuses.

Responsible for communicating updates to Greenlight District across all markets.

Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between $57,000 – $63,900. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Position Requirements Required Education & Experience

4+ years in a marketing field.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in consumer acquisition marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

Experience working in the telecommunications industry (recommended).

Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (e.g. HubSpot, MailChimp, Salesforce, Google Analytics).

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.

Demonstrated project management ability.

Results oriented and possesses the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross functional team environment.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

Valid NYS driver's license and ability to attend evening/weekend meetings and events.

Knowledge of Word, Power Point, Excel, and Google Docs
