Duties
Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and other types, to safely transport vehicles.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their towing needs and addressing any concerns.
Perform basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to ensure the proper functioning of vehicles being towed.
Drive in various conditions while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Manage conflict effectively, ensuring a calm resolution during stressful roadside situations.
Maintain accurate records of towing activities and vehicle conditions.
