Professional Notary Services, Inc. is looking for 1099 Witness Closers throughout New York State to handle various loan signings. The position requires the ability to print, scan, and travel to closing locations. Closings occur during the day, nights, and weekends so there is plenty of flexibility.
You must have a minimum of $25,000 in E&O insurance and a yearly background check from the National Notary Association. Base pay is $175 and varies dependent on the circumstances of signing.
