Maintenance technician needed As Soon As Possible. MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC. Monday through Friday 8:00 to 4:30. Alternating on calls is a must. Must have own tools and transportation. Large apartment complex, position involves repairs, painting, cleaning, snow removal.
