Project Assistant

Description We are seeking a Project Assistant to join our team based in Utica, New York, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the Marketing/PR industry. The Project Assistant will be expected to perform a variety of tasks including data entry, managing timelines, and providing customer service. Responsibilities Assisting in the execution of marketing projects and timelines Facilitating customer service tasks such as responding to inquiries and resolving issues Conducting data entry tasks in a timely and accurate manner Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook for data management and communication purposes Organizing and maintaining files for easy accessibility and reference Assisting with shipping functions as required Using digital photography skills for marketing purposes Engaging in community marketing, health, and relations activities Acting as a brand ambassador to promote the company's image Participating in brand building activities to enhance the company's reputation and reach.Requirements Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the Marketing/PR industry Proven skills in Customer Service Demonstrated ability to Manage Timelines effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word Experience in Organizing Files and handling Shipping Functions Knowledge of Digital Photography Experience in Community marketing, Community health, Community Relations, and Community Engagement Prior role as a Brand Ambassador would be an advantage Proven track record in Brand Building Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
