Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Uniondale, New York. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the hiring processes, employee relations, and compliance within the company. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining our workforce and ensuring a positive working environment.Responsibilities: Develop and implement hiring processes to attract top talent Manage employee relations and address any issues that arise, ensuring a harmonious work environment Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations Oversee the use of ADP Workforce Now and other financial services tools for HR functions Implement and manage the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) for efficient work processes Utilize Ceridian and HCM for HR management and payroll processing Oversee benefit functions, ensuring employees receive their entitled benefits Use excellent communication skills to interact with employees and address their concerns Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time. Requirements Must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a managerial position. Proficiency in ADP - will process Payroll for 50 employees. Should possess a strong understanding of Benefit Functions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Must have a solid grasp of Compliance regulations and procedures in HR. Proven track record in managing Employee Relations. Must be familiar with and experienced in Hiring Processes. Payroll management experience is necessary. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the location of the job. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is advantageous. Strong leadership skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is required. Proven experience in conflict resolution and negotiation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
