Opening for an administrative assistant at A Child’s Place for a professional and friendly person who wants to make a difference working in a childcare setting. We are looking for an excellent communicator with a keen attention to detail to assist with record keeping and other administrative tasks. Position may be eligible for a bonus! Salary based on expierence: $17.71- $18.33 Responsibilities: Manage files as needed Assist with data entry and review of files Assist Nurse as needed Photo copying, Faxing and emailing as needed Ensure all records comply with current policies and procedures Varied other administrative tasks as needed Maintain confidentiality Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging Work with a team of professionals Promote an environment of inclusion and belongingRequirements: High School or GED required and at least one-year experience in administrative or medical records position; proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Outlook required.
