Allied Universal® is hiring a Guest Services Associate. The Guest Services Associate (GSA) greets visitors and provides a professional and friendly interaction for the guests of a high profile customer.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers with locating merchandise, back orders, shipping merchandise
Customer service; greet employees and guests
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of retail experience in a customer service setting
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applications
Attention to detail
Customer service skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
Two (2) or more years of retail customer service experience
