Seeking reliable and responsible candidates for 20 hours per week, morning hours. Duties include general indoor and outdoor maintenance, cleaning, furniture moving, meeting room setups, trash, and snow removal. Must have three (3) years of work experience, or its part-time equivalent, assisting in the performance of semi-skilled or skilled maintenance and repair tasks. Salary: $17.00 per hour.
