Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, making dough etc
Cook and help with the assembly of dishes according to recipes and portion sizes
Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train.
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and (some) holidays as required
