OverviewHelio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, theService Directorwill provide supervision of program staff, program development and ongoing quality improvement strategies. The Service Director will oversee ourCertified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) . In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On Incentive of up to$3,000or$8,000depending upon licensure!Pay: $105,593.20- $117,325.77 per year. Responsibilities
Assures on-going staff, volunteer/student intern development utilizing internal and external training opportunities based on individualized performance evaluation.
Develops and manages program budget for program/ building/staff management.
Implements quality improvement strategies to include establishment of outcome standards and utilization management.
Responsible for clinical care and fiscal management which includes all tasks performed by responsible parties.
Implements Helio Health policies and develops related practice documents to support policy.
Participates in management and clinical committees as assigned.
Maintains appropriate program records and statistical accountability.
Represents program to the community.
Manages program grants and makes suggestions for funding and grant opportunities.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Must be licensed in NYS with one of the following: LMSW, LCSW or LMHC.
In lieu of a license, a fully credentialed CASAC in NYS is also acceptable.
Minimum of five years clinical experience appropriate to the program setting.
Minimum of two years management and supervisory experience in appropriate program setting.
Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.
