job detailsWe are currently seeking a dedicated night shift Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials throughout our facility during the night shift.salary: $18 - $19 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities
Safely and efficiently handle materials using appropriate equipment
Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials
Verify incoming shipments against packing slips or invoices
Prepare materials for shipment by packaging, labeling, and staging as needed
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required
Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe and productive environment
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and guidelines
The essential functions of this role include:
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 2 hrs of overtime per week
