Service Delivery Specialist

The Service Delivery Specialist ensures accurate and efficient execution of provisioning and number porting across Symbio’s products and services. The role involves managing service orders, responding to customer queries, and providing timely resolutions aligned with internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality Standards.Key responsibilities include processing fulfilment requests, coordinating number porting (local and mobile), handling provisioning tickets, and managing related service delivery calls. The specialist follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), communicates clearly with stakeholders, and documents all actions appropriately using internal systems.This role is vital to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering a high standard of customer service.
