The roleJoin Lendi Group as a Marketing Specialist, Network Growth, where you'll drive broker and franchise recruitment through impactful B2B marketing, compelling content, and lead-generating campaigns that bring our value proposition to life and boost brand visibility.Develop and execute engaging, on-brand content across digital, social, and event channels to attract and convert brokers.Maintain a content library and ensure alignment with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints.Manage targeted campaigns and communications to drive new enquiries and re-engage broker candidates.Craft regular updates to support broker development and brand engagement within the network.Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform messaging and strategy.Support award submissions and recognition initiatives to enhance brand credibility and appeal.Track and report on campaign outcomes, content engagement, and lead metrics to support continuous improvement.Work cross-functionally and with external partners to bring campaigns to life and source authentic content.
