Performing patient assessments and developing care plans
Coordinating resources for assigned caseloads
Maintaining accurate documentation and fostering cooperative relationships within healthcare teams
Job Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted NYS RN license
Previous infusion and home health care experience preferred
Extensive IV therapy and infusion skills preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (not required if working in Manhattan)
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingualism is a plus!
Salary:
$95.00 - $130.00 per visit
