About the role
As the Injury Management Consultant you will play a vital role in the success of the Regional WorkFocus team by managing some of our largest customers. Drawing upon your extensive experience and strong profile within the industry, you will deliver services and implement Service Agreements with key customers requiring a specific focus as per business unit needs.   As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durationsImplement services as per Customer SLAsCoach team member to undertake work in accordance with customer requirementsComplete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claimsRepresent WFA at public forums and on various committees as required
