Description Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking a detailed, multitasking Accounts Payable Specialist to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will process vendor invoices, maintain accurate records, and performing other necessary accounting tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will: Accurately process full cycle vendor invoices in a high-volume environment from 3 way matching to approvals, to coding, entering, processing payments and communicating with vendors on any differences or issues. Maintain and update the general ledger with the latest transactions and changes. Obtain the necessary vendor invoice approvals and investigate any discrepancies. Respond to inquiries and provide support to the accounts payable department. Utilize your expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) to streamline processes and increase efficiency.Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with 1+ years of AP experience, good Excel and excellent communications skills.
