Element of Pride is a thriving full service residential and commercial remodeling company that is looking for residential remodelers. Pay can range from $35-$42/hr depending on experience.
Some of the work we do includes:
Kitchen remodels
Bathroom remodels
Tile Work
Framing and Finish carpentry
Drywall
Painting
Flooring (all types except carpet & hardwood)
Electrical, rough and finish
Plumbing, rough and finish
Cabinetry installation
We are looking for a person who takes pride in delivering the highest quality craftsmanship, while also providing a professional customer experience. We work in people’s homes, and making their experience as pain free as possible is our highest concern. We want to talk with you if you have the skills to do everything above and then some.
What Element of Pride is looking for:
Be charismatic and enjoy engaging with customers
Have at least 6 years of hands-on skilled trades experience related to the work listed above
Be self-sufficient to complete projects with lno supervision
Be able to demonstrate leadership skills
Own hand tools and be proficient in their use
Own basic power tools
Have reliable transportation
Have a clean drivers license and able to drive company vehicles
Be able to provide references from past work history
