Property Damage Restoration Technician - $25-$35/hr DOE

New York, Rochester

Vacancy caducado!

We are a family-owned property damage restoration company serving the Rochester, NY and Finger Lakes areas. We are seeking a Fire and Water Restoration Technician to join our growing property damage mitigation team. Experience with construction, environmental cleanup, emergency response, and/or fire and water restoration and mold remediation services is preferred, but not required.

Who you are:

You’re looking for a rewarding career with growth potential that makes a direct impact on the lives of others. You’re calm in a crisis, great with people, and not afraid to jump in and get your hands dirty. You enjoy working as part of a team to get any job done, have a positive can-do attitude, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to grow your knowledge of restoration and construction. You’re honest, reliable, and you believe in treating others with respect and kindness even when disagreements arise.

Who we are:

We are an independent, locally owned, family-run business with roots in construction and a passion for providing high-quality work and superior customer service. We believe in using our heads and our hearts to solve restoration problems with skill and confidence, ensuring our customers are treated with empathy and kindness every step of the way. We dive head-first into tough, messy situations where most would run away. We use our knowledge of structural cleaning, drying, and building techniques to get the job done right – without cutting corners on safety or quality. We take pride in our work, we’re there for our customers, and we’ve got each other’s backs, too.

What you’ll do:

As a member of our front-line first response team, you’ll be ready to respond at a moment’s notice when a fire or water emergency strikes a home or business, day or night. You’ll quickly arrive on the scene, assess the situation, then get to work to mitigate the damage and clean up the mess. From there, you’ll continue to take the scene from chaos to calm, monitoring daily progress, documenting your work, and keeping the customer informed along the way. You’ll work together with your team until the property is brought back to its pre-loss condition or better.

Sound like a good fit? Then we invite you to apply to be a part of our crew!
