Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Mow Foreman. The Mow Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and leading a crew in the efficient and effective execution of mowing and maintenance tasks at various client locations throughout the Rochester area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew in performing mowing, trimming, edging, and other lawn maintenance tasks.
- Ensure that work is completed according to schedule and meets quality standards.
- Train and mentor crew members in proper mowing and safety procedures.
- Operate and maintain mowing equipment and vehicles.
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, and coordinate with management for replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
