Description:
We’re a growing company looking to hire an IT Specialist with strong computer skills and direct experience using ServiceTitan software.
Responsibilities include:
Providing internal IT support (hardware, software, networking)
Managing and optimizing ServiceTitan software
Training team members on technology tools and ServiceTitan workflows
Working with ServiceTitan support for troubleshooting and integration
Assisting with software updates, user roles, and process improvements
Requirements:
IT/computer support experience (2+ years preferred)
In-depth experience with ServiceTitan software
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and support multiple departments
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday (some flexibility may be available)
