Position: Benefits Specialist
As a Benefits Specialist with us, you'll play a pivotal role in remotely assisting union members to secure supplemental benefit plans, ensuring the well-being of their families beyond conventional coverage. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with new and existing clients, tailoring benefit plans to suit individual needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Customize benefit plans to meet clients' evolving needs
Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients
Enroll union and association members in exclusive benefits programs
Deliver attentive customer service and administrative support
Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly
Ensure accurate and complete documentation, performing necessary updates
