Job Description:
We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our Hardscape team. This role involves physical work supporting various tasks on a busy construction site. No prior experience required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are a must!
Responsibilities:
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials (stone, tools, etc.).
Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazards.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Support, masons, and other skilled tradespeople as needed.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable transportation to the job site.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and processes is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is a plus.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
